
Project Management and Support for Brand Management Team: Sponsorship activities: Support vendor banner ad placements, webinars, podcasts, exhibiting.Fulfillment and Warehousing: Manage day-to-day operations for print and fulfillment of approved marketing materials.Banner Ad Inventory: Maintain approved inventory of portfolio, branded and unbranded banner ads for use in various media.

Provide input to streamline processes for co-creation with the brand management team. E-Wizard: Use established e-Wizard template to create email campaigns with available content and manage PRT approval.(Internal information only: over 236 projects completed with an estimated 3 hours of total work per project.) Content Factory Submissions: Build timelines and submit various marketing projects for approval into an established electronic system supporting commercial launches, conference participation/exhibiting, and other brand management initiatives.Content Audit: Support content audit and mapping initiatives.Portal: Upload new content to the customer portal.Website page functionality testing and content accuracy will be included in the projects along with following established processes with content providers, page designers, IT, and the Promotional Review Team. Annual Review: Create required annual review for multiple websites to ensure approval of existing product content, case libraries, videos and downloadable assets while managing removal and replacement of expired content.Websites (Commercial Website, Customer Portal, Patient Website):.The Digital Marketing Coordinator will also facilitate customer facing materials through the Promotional Review Team (PRT) process. Other activities include managing the inventory of all marketing assets, interfacing with the digital marketing agency to manage paid search, programmatic and paid social, assisting in the fulfillment and warehousing of other marketing materials, supporting conference activities, and delivering a weekly Brand Management newsletter to internal teams.
